This is Us…Now Interviewing ‘Siddhartha Khosla’ - 03/17/17

Siddhartha Khosla is a film and television composer, and singer/songwriter/producer of the critically acclaimed band, Goldspot.

Siddhartha is currently scoring NBC’s hit Golden Globe-nominated drama series, “This Is Us,” starring Mandy Moore, Milo Ventimiglia, and Sterling K. Brown. The show is television’s biggest breakout hit of the year, adored by both audiences and critics alike. Within the series (Episode 16 “Memphis”) Khosla also composed the popular hit song, “We Can Always Come Back To This,” ranking #12 on iTunes Top 100 songs. He is also scoring the Lionsgate TV drama “The Royals,” which gives an inside look into the lives of a dysfunctional British royal family, starring Elizabeth Hurley.  Upcoming for Khosla is the musical film "Basmati Blues,” for which he composed original songs, starring Academy Award-winner Brie Larson and Golden Globe Award-winner Donald Sutherland. He also composed the upcoming feature comedy “Fat Camp,” starring Chris Redd and Vivica A. Fox, and the film drama “Liv/The Sounding,” starring Teddy Sears and Frankie Faison. 

We had the chance to sit down with Siddhartha and it turned into a beautiful musicial masterpiece.

This is Us…Now Recapping ‘Memphis’ - 02/21/17

Randall drives William to Memphis, his hometown. Intermittently, William's relationship with his mother while growing up is shown, where she leaves him as a young adult to take care of relatives in Pittsburgh. William at the time is playing in a cover band in his cousin's club, where he begins to write music to grow the band until he learns his mother is sick and decides to move to Pittsburgh.
